1. Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Certain items, such as perishable products or custom orders, cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back.
- Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

6. Shipping Returns

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SnortMoo is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
